Server Configuration

Copy the following configuration and import it into your RustDesk client:

Note: Contact us with your ID and password after importing the configuration.

Tutorial

  1. Download: Select the appropriate RustDesk version for your operating system from the section above.
  2. Installation: Run the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions.
  3. Open Client: Launch RustDesk. You will see your unique ID in the main window.
  4. Network Settings: Click the menu (⋮) next to your ID and select "Network".
  5. Open ID/Relay Server: In the network settings, click on "ID/Relay server" to open the configuration overlay.
  6. Paste Configuration: In the overlay window, click the left icon in the top right corner to paste the configuration. Paste the copied configuration.
  7. Confirm Configuration: Click "OK" to confirm the configuration.
  8. Return to Home: In the client’s title bar, click "Home" on the top left to return to the main screen.
  9. Provide Credentials: Send us your ID and password for the remote connection, or provide them over the phone during our call.
